Big Red Bute Park Walk

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) loves walking and this September we want to get the people of South Wales on its feet and raising funds to help beat heart disease.

The Big Red Bute Park Walk is an opportunity for you to join hundreds of other BHF supporters for a sponsored walk in the splendid inner city Bute Park in Cardiff.

The event is ideal for all ages so why not bring the whole family along for a Sunday morning stroll and to raise vital funds for the BHF in Wales.

This is not just a walk in the park. This walk will help the BHF save lives. Together we can beat heart disease.

The walk will be held on Sunday 14 September starting at 10:30am from Cooper’s Field, behind Cardiff Castle. Participants can choose to complete a 3,6 or 8 mile route
