About the Project:

To set up a number of health walks in communities and recruit and train volunteers to lead the walks. Certain communities have been identified to target for development and also inactive members of communities who can improve their health by being part of the Health Walk Scheme.

17th September 2008 - we are having a Walking Forum in Dunvant RFC, 1:30- 4:30. An opportunity to talk, gain feedback, recruit volunteers, give information, set up a steering group for sustainability, sample Nordic walking, offer support
