About the Project
‘Let’s walk Denbighshire’ Denbighshire County Council’s walking the way to health scheme is in its 6th year and still gaining momentum, with walks now being led in various towns across the county there is something to suit everyone.
Whether you enjoy walking in the hills, walking by the sea or just walking in a group around your local streets, maybe its because you want to lose weight, improve your fitness levels, better your health or maybe you prefer to walk in a group, whatever the reason why not join one of the ‘Let’s walk Denbighshire’ walks.
What to wear ?
A pair of comfortable shoes is the only equipment required when you first start walking. If your shoes continue to be comfortable then there is no need to go for anything else.
